We'll craft a realistic budget based on demonstrably accurate figures and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) that comply with Florida legal requirements.

 

Conduct a Comprehensive Review of All Vendors

We'll determine if service level agreements are being met by all contracted vendors.

We'll assess if any contracts can be renegotiated, descoped, or cancelled to achieve cost savings.

Conduct a cost/benefit analysis to explore the feasibility of returning to Self-Management.

 

Execute a Professional Plan for the Recertification

We'll review and share the findings of the ongoing engineering evaluation in a timely manner.

A transparent and thorough RFP process will be conducted to select a reputable engineering firm.

Recertification repairs will be completed in a sound, cost-effective manner that meets state requirements and minimizes disruption to residents' quality of life.

 

Responsibly Address Pending Maintenance Issues

A comprehensive review of the state of all high-impact building systems will be conducted.

We'll consider both long-term and short-term costs and impacts when making maintenance decisions.

We'll finalize pending upkeep of troubled building systems such as chillers, elevators, generators, and trash chutes.

 

Explore Options for BBT OWNERS TO VOTE ONLINE

 We'll review reputable online voting platforms used by modern condominiums.

Our goal is to promote owner engagement in major decisions and board elections, ensuring participation for those who may not reside in the building.
