Reminder: Mail the Yellow Voting Envelope, Not the Blue One

Brickell Bay Tower Owners,


By now you have likely received not one, but two 2024 BBT Board Voting Packets by mail:


  1. An initial "SECOND NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING & ELECTION OF DIRECTORS" packet with a BLUE Voting Envelope

  2. A "REVISED SECOND NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING & ELECTION OF DIRECTORS" packet with a YELLOW Voting envelope


PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SEND IN YOUR VOTE USING THE YELLOW ENVELOPE.





Bellow please find the voting details:


  • The ballot must be received by the Association no later than Monday, April 15th, 2024, at 5:00PM. This means you should send in any Mail In Ballots well ahead of the due date

  • If you plan to attend the Annual Meeting in person, you may cast your ballot at the meeting. Ballots will be available at the meeting.

  • Owners are entitled to cast one (1) vote for each condominium unit.

  • All envelopes containing ballots received by the Association shall be retained and collected by the Association and shall not be opened except in the manner and at the time provided herein.


When Mailing in your vote, please ensure that:


  • The ballot must be completed by the eligible voter.

  • BALLOT PAGE:

    • Mark your selection of candidates in the “Election Ballot”

    • Please vote for no more than seven (7) candidates.

    • Do not sign or otherwise identify yourself by name or unit on this ballot.

  • WHITE ENVELOPE:

    • Fold and place the ballot in the “Ballot” (White) envelope and seal the envelope.

    • Each “Ballot” (White) envelope shall only contain one ballot.

    • Do not include any other documents with this ballot

  • YELLOW ENVELOPE

    • Place the “Ballot” (White) envelope into the “Signature Required” envelope (Yellow)

    • Fill the front of the “Signature Required” envelope (Yellow):

    • Unit Owner Name

    • Unit Number

    • Signature

    • Seal the envelope.

  • IMPORTANT

    • The Unit Owner Name written on the Envelope will be checked against the list of qualified voters.

    • Any envelope not signed by the eligible voters shall be marked as “Disregarded”.

  • MAILING

    • The outer (Yellow) envelopes containing your ballot shall either be mailed, hand-delivered or submitted in person to the Association before or at the Annual Meeting.
